Data Safety Declaration for RSpace Mobile App:

The app collects personal information including name, email address, phone number, job title, location, device information, and log data for purposes of user identification, notifications, analytics, and service provision.

Data is collected directly from users and, in some cases, indirectly from their employer, under contractual agreement.

We do not use user data for advertising or marketing, nor do we sell data to third parties.

User data may be shared only with service providers as required for app functionality, under contract and legal safeguards.

All personal data is securely stored on cloud servers (AWS) with encryption and industry-standard security measures.

Data is retained for the contractual period, and deleted within 3 months of contract or account expiry.

Users may request data access, rectification, portability, restriction, objection, opt-out of sharing/sale, and erasure.

Children under 12 are not allowed to use the app, and data from such users is not knowingly collected.

Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing: contact@r-space.space with the subject “Delete My Account/Data.”

Requests will be processed as soon as possible and no later than within one (1) month of receipt, in accordance with international privacy laws and Google Play guidelines.

Upon deletion, all user data will be permanently erased from our active records and databases unless retention is required by law or contract.

Users will receive confirmation once their data/account has been deleted
